At Blackiris Tours, we understand that travel plans can change. Our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent for all our valued customers.

Cancellation and Refund Terms

• Full Refund
  Cancellations made 30 days or more before the scheduled start date of the tour will receive a 100% refund of the total amount paid.

• Partial Refund
  Cancellations made between 8 and 29 days before the tour date are eligible for a 50% refund of the total amount paid.

• No Refund
  Cancellations made 7 days or less before the tour date are not eligible for a refund.

How to Request a Cancellation

To request a cancellation, please contact us via email or phone and provide the following information:

• Full name and booking reference number

• Tour/package name and scheduled date

• Reason for cancellation (optional)

Once your request is received, we will process it according to the timelines above.

Refund Processing Time

Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 7–10 business days using the original payment method.

Exceptions

In certain exceptional cases (such as illness, flight cancellation, or emergencies), we may consider special refund terms. Documentation may be required, and decisions are made at the sole discretion of Blackiris Tours.
